The Good Test

Instead of using other people as a basis for comparison, we are going to use the Ten Commandments. Please answer the following questions truthfully. Listen to your conscience.

Have you ever told a lie, or fib?

What does that make you? A person who tells lies is called a liar.

Have you ever stolen anything, regardless of value?

What does that make you? A person who steals things is called a thief.

Have you ever hated anyone?

First John 3:15 says, "Whosoever hates his brother is a murderer: and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him."

Have you ever lusted?

Matthew 5:28 quotes Jesus as saying, "But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart."

If you answered yes to all of those questions, then you are a lying, thieving, murderer, and adulterer at heart. You have to face God on Judgment Day. According to His standard of His Law, the Ten Commmandments, would you be found innocent or guilty as a lawbreaker?
